Between 10:00hrs and 13:00hrs on Monday 9 October, some direct debit services will not be available on the MOT testing service due to changes with our direct debit provider.

During this time, you will not be able set up or cancel any direct debits on your account.

Existing direct debit payments scheduled for October will not be affected.

All payments will continue to be fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
